Prepare a legalized Project that our Technical team would create, in coordination with presentation and approval from the Architects school and finally presented to the Authorities in order to obtain the required Building Licence, build the Home and finally obtain First Ocupation Licence.

All different phases have to be created, before the construction goes on:

• Construction Project  (Proyecto de Ejecución)
• Demolition Project  (Proyecto de Demolición)
