Our roots come from the Northern European countries where expectations are extremely high. Based now over 25 years on the Costa del Sol, Malaga, with our wide experience, we develop spectacular projects.
Our Professional experience: working with Developers over 15 years with a very strong contact between construction (Technical – Architect – Builders), focused to the final very demanding North European clients. Selling and Marketing “off plan” projects, where the abstract has to be imagined, transmitted into tangible and well presented.
Creating a project, means taking it from the start, where Design plays a fundamental role. We have created several successful projects in the last years, with the right concept, know-how, dedication, achieving at the end spectacular homes.
Dreams are developed: This is achieved with our construction company VIP Homes, as well as our Investment and Marketing side company Kainpro.

Born in Sweden (Malmö) 1965, where spent first 10 years, and has learned the essence of the Northern European culture, mentality & way of thinking. Nationalised Spanish – Austrian, lived afterwards in Madrid, where studied and worked for over 25 years.
Professional experience achieved in several international companies in Madrid, Sweden and Germany. In 1996 moved to the Costa del Sol and has worked as Marketing & Sales Manager for major Developers companies, being in constant contact with foreign clients purchasing luxury “off-plan” properties.
“In between” architects, builders and the craftsmanship on site assuming the follow-up of the clients property, has given a very strong construction background and a “client-needs” understanding. The client´s profiles are very demanding and require a very professional approach, as well as detailed feedback.
The ability to understand their needs, requirements, their mentality and speaking the most important European languages, makes it to a final “all rounded” package.

Born in Belgium 1972, I started my own Real Estate agency selling also Spanish property. The dream for many years was to come to Spain, in order to upgrade to a higher life quality. In 1995 I moved to Alicante working for a major Developer selling property to international clients traveling all over Europe promoting there products. In year 2000 I moved to Málaga, to settle down from traveling, and approach the professional career, in a more constructive way.
As a Technical architect (Belgium), my passion for Interior-Exterior Design concept, a natural instinct for decoration combined with a knowledge of the real estate market, architecture and the client´s needs, makes a perfect mix to help you create your perfect home.
Involved in sales for exclusive real estate companies in Belgium, Alicante & Málaga, receiving a very sensible experience of the client’s needs, as well as the presentation of the most special properties to property owners. The clients demand a very high level of quality, finish and presentation of the properties, which has given me this important task of understanding the client´s requests.
